Easy Updating with a Learning Management System
I am an administrator who has had to dealt with finding and scheduling training within our corporation. I have been at this job for many years and have seen the immense change in training. First we went from booklets and training VHS videos to professional trainers that are approved by the company to come in and present material to our employees about a certain HR subject matters or in the occupational arena. Just recently we started using LMS system to create our own material and distribute it. It truly has made my life so much easier and I am now able to put together reports on employee’s progress with their comprehension of the curriculum.
